As an independent business expert I advise established and fast growing Dutch (and other European) companies who are interested in setting up a business in the Balkans.

Matchmaking Facility Programme (MMF)
If you are looking for a business partner in the Netherlands, you can also make use of the MMF programme. The MMF program selects reliable companies in Macedonia, Bosnia, Kosovo and Albania through the network of local embassies and matches them, through Sermaya, to a suitable Dutch business partner. Private Sector Investment Programme (PSI)
If you want to start an innovative project in Macedonia, Bosnia, Kosovo and Albania, you can apply for the PSI grant. The project can be up to € 1.5 million. 50% of the project's contribution is for you and your Dutch business partner, the remaining 50% can be financed by PSI.
I have already advised a number of companies doing business successfully, by:
